Screen Process

We Fact check every important aspect of each candidate and create a report of their application based on the Language level, General literacy, past employments and gaps in employment.

This is all reconfirmed with online training courses. At the start of every project, we create a culture assessment to ensure the applicant will work well with your company.

Interview

Each candidate goes through two interviews. The first being when the applicant applies and the second is before he is assigned to a project with a specific process in relation to his role.

Training

Once a candidate is selected the training begins using our online training system we can use a mixture of Online and in-person assessments to ensure the candidate has successfully understood his role and responsibilities for his role, creating a smooth transition into his role.
