Job description
- Unloading scaffolding equipment on-site
- Ensuring a stable base for scaffolding
- Erecting scaffolding poles
- Fixing scaffolding to buildings or structures
- Laying planks for workers to walk on
- Fixing guard rails and safety netting
- Dismantling scaffolding when a project is complete
- Creating different kinds of platforms, from simple scaffolding through to complex structures such as suspended scaffolding, cantilever drops and temporary roofs
- Working on-site in all weather
Desirable skills for a scaffolder include:
- Ability to work confidently at heights
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good level of physical fitness
- Awareness of health and safety
- Ability to understand technical drawings and plans
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Migration Package Provided
- We provide one month of accommodation upon arrival, free of charge
- Assistance in opening an Irish bank account.
- Assistance in opening creating a PPS number creation
- Irish Revenue setup, which is the Irish tax system. This will avoid long periods of emergency tax which comes to 50% of your salary
- Access to Croatian speaking operative to help through the migration process
- We are organising flight tickets and related Covid-19 measures
- Lift from Airport if needed
- Full Protective gear Hard hat, boots, high-vis etc
Accommodation
The accommodation is located in Dublin 1, a 15-minute walk from O’Connell street and would typically cost 750 Euro per month with a one-month deposit.
We will not ask for a deposit and your first month is free to get you up and running with direction guides to and from work.
Licenses:
- Manual handling ( Provided )
- Safe Pass ( Provided )
- CSCS Advanced Scaffold Card (If required years of experience)
