Interview
Each candidate goes through two interviews. The first being when the applicant applies and the second is before he is assigned to a project with a specific process in relation to his role.

Once a candidate is selected the training begins using our online training system we can use a mixture of Online and in-person assessments to ensure the candidate has successfully understood his role and responsibilities for his role, creating a smooth transition into his role.
